We pack the prepared order, issue the dispatch note and deliver it to your address by contracted courier or with our own vehicle.
Deliveries within Istanbul usually go out the same day, and shipments to other cities the next working day. For international shipments we also prepare the customs documents.
Before dispatch we send you the product list and quantities for approval; if anything is missing or incorrect, we fix it before it leaves.
